Formal Administrative Hearing

A quorum of the Board of Funeral Directors & Embalmers will conduct a formal evidentiary hearing to inquire into allegations that a licensee may have violated certain laws and regulations governing the practice of Funeral Services in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Board will meet in open and closed sessions pursuant to the Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711.A(7),(15), and/or (27). Public comment will not be received.
