**PLEASE NOTE: THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CHANGED TO AN ALL-VIRTUAL MEETING DUE TO THE WEATHER ** The Horse Industry Board (Board) will meet to begin developing its strategic plan. The Board will entertain a public comment period at the end of the meeting, not to exceed 30 minutes. The method by which the Board chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707.
