VHDA Board and Committee Meetings

A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority (Virginia Housing) will be held at 10:45 AM on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, on the first floor of the Virginia Housing Development Authority’s (Virginia Housing) Headquarters Building located at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia, 23220. Meetings: Executive Committee-8:45 AM, HQ Board Room, First Floor Audit Committee-9:30 AM, HQ Board Room, First Floor Finance Committee-10:25 AM, HQ Board Room, First Floor Board Meeting- 10:45 AM, HQ Richmond Rooms 1& 2 The meetings will be in person, and the format will not be changed unless Virginia Housing provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code § 2.2-3707. However, pursuant to Virginia Housing’s Amended and Restated Policy Governing Electronic Participation in Board Meetings, dated September 10, 2025, one or more Commissioners may participate in the Board of Commissioners and/or Finance Committee meetings from a remote location using electronic communication, as described below. Public comments will be received during the meeting of the Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, following presentations from Staff on the 2026 federal low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) Final Reservation Rankings, 2026 Housing Opportunity Tax Credit (HOTC) Final Rankings, and proposed amendments to the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the LIHTC program. Board action on these topics will occur after the public comment period.
