The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Board) will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. The Board will consider proposed amendments to 2 VAC 5-320 (Regulations for the Enforcement of the Endangered Plant and Insect Species Act). The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes.
