Board of Visitors Retreat August 6-7, 2026 The Virginia State University Board of Visitors will hold its Annual Retreat on Thursday and Friday, August 6 -7, 2026, at the Virginia War Memorial Foundation, located at 621 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia 23220. No board actions will be taken. Sessions will be open to the public. There will be no public comment period. Schedule Overview: Thursday, August 6, 2026 • 8:30 a.m. – Retreat convenes at the Virginia War Memorial Foundation • Approximately 4:00 p.m. – Sessions conclude for the day • 6:00 p.m. – Dinner at Omni Richmond Hotel, 100 South 12th Street, Richmond, VA 23219 Friday, August 7, 2026 • 9:00 a.m. – Sessions resume at the Virginia War Memorial Foundation • Noon – Retreat concludes (approximate) Please note: All times are approximate and subject to change at the discretion of the Board.
