First meeting of the Energy Efficiency & Weatherization Task Force, established by HB3/SB5 (2026). This in-person meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Virginia Department of Socal Services in Glen Allen (5600 Cox Rd). A public comment period will be held at the end of the meeting.
