Virginia Beer Distribution Company Board Meeting

The Virginia Beer Distribution Company Board (Board) will discuss the promotion and development of Virginia beer as relates to the wholesale beer distribution. The Board will entertain a public comment period of up to three minutes per person. Members of the public can submit written comments to vbdc@vdacs.virginia.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Emailed submissions should include “Public Comment” in the email subject. This will be an all-virtual meeting with members participating remotely pursuant to Va. Code § 2.2-3708.3(C). The public may use the Microsoft Teams link to participate electronically. The method by which the Board chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707.
