NOTICE OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 VIRGINIA PUBLIC SCHOOL AUTHORITY BOARD MEETING Virginia Public School Authority Thursday, September 10, 2026 9:30 a.m. Department of the Treasury The members of the Virginia Public School Authority (“VPSA”) will meet in the Treasury Board Room, 101 North 14th Street, 3rd Floor, Richmond, Virginia at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The general purposes of the meeting include, without limitation, consideration of: • Approval of the March 11, 2026 Meeting Minutes; • Resolution approving local school division applications to the VPSA Pooled Bond Program; • Resolution regarding the issuance of VPSA School Financing Bonds (1997 Resolution) to make loans to Virginia localities to finance or refinance capital school projects; • Resolutions regarding the issuance of Special Obligation School Financing and Refunding Bonds Prince William County Series 2026; • Reports and such other business as may come before the Board.
