The University of Virginia Health System Board Finance Working Group will meet on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) in Room 3023 of McKim Hall which is located at 1415 Jefferson Park Avenue in Charlottesville, Virginia 22903. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss strategic financial, investment, facility needs, market considerations, growth initiatives and partnerships in light of market and regulatory issues for UVA Health, specifically, potential joint ventures and market expansion opportunities. The meeting will be held in open and closed session. The method by which the Board of Visitors chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board of Visitors provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code ยง2.2-3707. This meeting will NOT be livestreamed. The meeting times are approximate; the Board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at this meeting.
