VCU Board of Visitors Committee Meetings

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will hold in-person committee meetings* on September 10, beginning at 8:00 a.m.** All meetings will take place at James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Avenue, Room 303. The meetings will be held in open and closed sessions. The public may view a livestream of the open session videoconference at mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV. Details are below. 8 - 9:30 a.m. Audit, Integrity and Compliance 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. Governance and Compensation 11 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Intercollegiate Athletics 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. Facilities, Real Estate, and Administration 1:15 - 2:45 p.m. Finance and University Resources 3 - 4:30 p.m. Academic, Health Affairs, and Research *All meetings will be a committee of the whole using procedural rules that are based on those of the committee, except that in this case the committee meeting includes an invitation for all members of the board to participate. **The meeting times of the committees and full board are approximate; the board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings.
