The University of Mary Washington (UMW) Board of Visitors will hold a quarterly meeting September 17-18, 2026. All meetings will be held in the Minor Executive Board Room at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center (JAEC) located at 1119 Hanover Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia, unless otherwise indicated. On Thursday, September 17 at 2:30 PM, Board members will attend committee discussions in the Minor Executive Board Room at the JAEC. At 5:30 PM, the Board of Visitors will dine with President Paino at Brompton located at 704 Sunken Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia. On Friday, September 18, Board members and President Paino will meet for breakfast at 7:45 AM in the Kalnen Inn at the JAEC. The Board of Visitors quarterly meeting will commence at 8:30 AM in the Minor Executive Board Room. At approximately 12 PM, Board members will break for lunch in the Rectors’ Gallery at the JAEC. Following lunch, committee meetings will resume in the Minor Executive Board Room. After the conclusion of the meeting, Board members are invited to attend a Welcome Reception with faculty and staff at Brompton, weather permitting. No public comment will be taken during the committee discussion or the quarterly meeting.
