The Virginia Winery Distribution Company (VWDC) Board will discuss the promotion and development of Virginia wine as related to the wholesale wine distribution. This will be an all-virtual meeting with members participating remotely pursuant to Va. Code § 2.2-3708.3(C). The method by which the Board chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707.
