On December 7, 2016, the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board authorized the Department to establish a stakeholder advisory group (SAG) for the Conservation Plan Program. The SAG will provide guidance and offer recommendations into the resources to be considered, components of a plan, training and certification requirements, and other policy and Program considerations
