Members of the University of Mary Washington Board of Visitors are invited to attend the 2017 Virginia Summit on Higher Education and Economic Competitiveness on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at the Richmond Marriott, 500 East Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia. The event is hosted by the Virginia Business Higher Education Council. Because University of Mary Washington is sending three or more Board members to this meeting, Section 2.2-3707 of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act requires that notice of a meeting of the Board of Visitors of University of Mary Washington be given. Registration and a continental breakfast will commence at 8:00 a.m. The program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with lunch provided. No action by the Board of Visitors will be taken at this meeting.
