The Board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. Staff will request the Board’s approval of the following regulatory action: a notice of regulatory action to amend 2 VAC 5-320 (Regulations for the Enforcement of the Endangered Plant and Insect Species Act). The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. Inclement weather procedure: Should the Governor issue a delayed opening for state offices in Richmond (usually a two-hour delay) due to inclement weather on Thursday, March 22, the Board meeting will be held at 11 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. Should state offices in Richmond be closed for the day Thursday, the Board meeting will be cancelled.
