A regional meeting, including a regular meeting, of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on April 8-10, 2018, at the Craddock Terry Hotel & Event Center, located at 1312 Commerce Street, Lynchburg, Virginia. The Board meeting will commence at 9:00 a.m. on April 10, 2018, in Granite Hall B Event Center. The following meetings of the Committees of the Board of Commissioners will be held on the dates, at the times, and in the rooms set forth: Executive Committee, April 8, 1:00 p.m., Granite Hall B Event Center/Committee of the Whole, April 8, 2:00 p.m., Granite Hall B Event Center/Committee of the Whole, April 9, 8:30 a.m., Granite Hall B Event Center/Committee of the Whole, April 9, 3:15 p.m., Granite Hall A Event Center and Riverside Foyer/Committee of the Whole, April 9, 4:45 p.m.,Granite Hall B. Event Center/Committee of the Whole, April 10, 8:00 a.m., Granite Hall B Event Center. The Committees and the Board may also meet during meals April 8-10, 2018. During its meeting on April 8, 2018, the Committee of the Whole will take a bus tour of properties in the area which have been assisted by the Authority. The tour begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at approximately 6:00 p.m. Public comment will not be received at the meetings listed above.
