The Horse Industry Board (Board) will meet virtually to discuss expected scope of work for the second year of the contract with their Marketing Contractor, expected budgetary requirements for fiscal year 2026, and an evaluation of the current Marketing Grant and Sponsorship programs. The Board will entertain a public comment period not to exceed 30 minutes at the end of the meeting. The method by which the Board chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707.
