Notice A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Virginia Housing Development Authority (Virginia Housing) will be held at 10:05 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, on the first floor of the Virginia Housing Headquarters Building located at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia, 23220. Executive Committee: October 22, 2025, at 8:45 a.m. Headquarters- Board Room, First Floor Audit Committee: October 22, 2025, at 9:20 a.m. Headquarters- Board Room, First Floor Board of Commissioners: October 22, 2025, at 10:05 a.m. Headquarters- Richmond Rooms 1 & 2 The meeting will be in person, and the format will not be changed unless Virginia Housing provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code § 2.2-3707. However, pursuant to Virginia Housing’s Amended and Restated Policy Governing Electronic Participation in Board Meetings, dated September 10, 2025, one or more Commissioners may participate in the Board of Commissioners meeting from a remote location using electronic communication, as described below.
