A regional meeting, including a regular meeting, of the Board of Commissioners of Virginia Housing Development Authority (Virginia Housing) will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, through Tuesday, May 5, 2026, on the dates, at the approximate times, and in the locations set forth below: May 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM Casual Board Dinner LUMAC Rooftop Bar- The Bristol Hotel 115 Country Music Way Bristol, VA. 24201 May 4, 2026, at 7:45 AM Executive Committee Meeting The Bristol Hotel-Shelby Meeting Room 115 Country Music Way Bristol, VA. 24201 May 4, 2026, at 8:45 AM Board Meeting The Bristol Hotel-King Ballroom 115 Country Music Way Bristol, VA. 24201 May 5, 2026, at 8:15 AM Board Meeting Continued The Bristol Hotel-King Ballroom 115 Country Music Way Bristol, VA. 24201 The meeting of the Board of Commissioners will be in-person only, and there will be no remote participation by any Commissioners. The format shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code ยง 2.2-3707. The Board may also meet during meals before, during and after meetings. During its meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026, the Commissioners will take a bus tour of properties in the area that have been assisted by Virginia Housing. The tour begins at approximately 2:45 PM. Public comments will be received at the beginning of the Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
