Delta Hotel Richmond Downtown 555 East Canal Street Richmond, Virginia 23219 Rocketts Landing Conference Room, 1st Floor An in-person meeting of the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth (VFHY) will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The Board will receive reports and presentations from VFHY leadership, committees and invited guests as well as a staff presentation on the draft FY 27-28 VFHY budget. Staff will also provide an update on the implementation of the strategic plan and the recently concluded 2026 Champions for Youth Summit. Among other business, the Board is expected to adopt a FY 2027 -28 VFHY budget that includes an endowment withdrawal. Public comment shall be received both prior to and after Board action.
