The July 30, 2026 Annual Planning Conference will be in-person. Members of the public are welcome to observe in-person; limited gallery seating will be available in Horizon Hall, Room 2014. Please be aware that the agenda timing is for planning purposes only, the formal meeting could conclude before or after the time noted so participants should plan accordingly.
